Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded or chopped
  • Β½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 fresh croissants, halved

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, mayo, celery, onion, and mustard.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, then mix until everything is well coated.
  3. Slice croissants horizontally and spoon chicken salad onto the bottom half.
